Pinhead (also known as Lead Cenobite or the Hell Priest) is the main antagonist of the Hellraiser franchise. Pinhead is one of the leaders of the Cenobites, humans who were later transformed into androgynous demonic creatures, they exist in an extra-dimensional realm that is Hell or one of many versions of Hell that co-exist.

Doug Bradley will likely landslide win this poll (conservatively) 5 votes to 1 over the number 2 option. I just think it's funny (if memory serves me correctly from the one novel I read) that the character who's real name is Hell Priest knows of the nickname and absolute hates it. So? If you ever meet the Hell Priest? Never call him Pinhead to his face. Your suffering and demise will be made 10,000,000 times worse.
