You suggestion is a tad muddled. You're asking about animated characters voiced by humans and even one costumed character performed by a human. Crystal the Monkey is on the list twice.
Perhaps a rewording of both the title and question. Monkeys, baboons, and chimpanzees are different species.
Besides, Crystal the Monkey's best performance was as Annie's Boobs in Community (TV Series 2009–2015).
@ACT_1 The question involves more than the primate character. "Which of these mixed primate species movie character pairs would you most want to monkey around with?"
this poll suggestion has probably evolved from its original scope and your simian question does mostly match the the listed answer options in the answers pool. So, I think you realize some of the differences, but not all of them. But, your title still has not been updated, you cannot say the poll is about monkeys and then list apes as options. Also, chimpanzees are apes and not monkees, so I would pick a side or use an accurate term in the title.
I changed the title again to Favorite Primate Character.
Moreover, I include a short intro text:
The quickest way to tell the difference between a monkey and an ape is by the presence or absence of a tail. Almost all monkeys have tails; apes do not.
Chimpanzees, gorillas, orangutans, and gibbons all do not have tails – making them apes.
@mariojacobs Off-hand, I don't have a better suggestion. But, primates and simians as the title/question scope has issues too, as humans both are grouped in the same class, so the scope as phrased would include human characters as well.

For some reason, I'm not too familiar with any of them. I do hope these actors were treated with dignity and provided compensation, though.
