Poll Suggestion: International Feature Nominees That Weren't

The Academy has changed the rules for the Oscar for International Feature so films that win certain festival awards are eligible in addition to the national selections. Here are some films which might have been contenders in the past under the new rules. Which one do you think most deserved a nomination?

This is not a complete list: the listed films have a minimum of 10,000 IMDb ratings.

I excluded some which might not be eligible for other reasons, but it's hard to determine precisely.
