My vote:
1st Supercar (1961–1962)
2nd Thunderbirds (1965–1966)
3rd Fireball XL5 (1962–1963)
4th Stingray (1964–1965)
Although it is clearly not a show based on marionettes, I've considered Space: 1999 (1975–1977) to be one of Gerry Anderson's supermarionation series. The acting is just as wooden as that of marionettes; the writing and production values were on par with his supermarionation series.
