Poll Suggestion: Please Rebirth These Classic Horror and SciFi Movies

Intro: In decades earlier, some horror or science fiction movies were made that solid good, that even today people remember about them. Despite remarkable horror movies like Psycho (1960), or Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975), which are very unique and shouldn't be re-done, because no new reboot could be able to top them, there are some movies, which really could gain popularity when done with new techniques and just few changes in the story. (We just considered movies that are at least 40 years old, with an average rating of at least 6/10 and no reboot for 25 years as movie. TV-Series are not considered.) Which of these classics would you rather see in a new dress with bigger budget? Please tell us here. Suggestions: Please like described in the intro. And only first movie of a franchise, which was such unique like in the examples. No TV-series, dokumentations, animated or anime.
