In one part of the Pirates of the Caribean franchise Jack Sparrow was about to be sacrificed by some natives on an island. But it also seemed they were plain cannibals. I don't know if that counts. Maybe because he was ritually painted by the native tribe.

In Green Inferno some intruders were sacrificed by a native's tribe of the Amazonas.

In King Kong (1976) with Jeff Bridges, a cult tried to sacrifice Dwan (Jessica Lange) to King Kong. But he freed her. Btw.: Fay Wray?

In Hereditary, a cult swears the demon Paimon which sacrifices people in a most frightening way. The demon can only have an effect, because of the believers of the cult. Another image. A third Image.

The Cult in 'Get Out', where white people sacrifice the souls of black people to transfer their soul, personality, whatever into their bodies to cope with illnesses and to survive. What happens to the black souls? The cult members don't care about in that story. It's also a kind of human sacrifice, even though the black body survives. Maybe a more symbolic image? Look.
