Elle Evans throws up due to being drunk in "The Kissing Booth." This is shown as a flashback scene during the closing credits.
In "Stand By Me," there is a chain reaction scene of multiple people puking after a pie eating contest.
In "The Sandlot," there is a scene of multiple kids throwing up after getting sick from using chewing tobacoo for the first time. This happens comically while they are on an amusement park ride. Memory tells me that it was the Tilt-a-Whirl, but I may be incorrect.
In "Knive's Out," Marta's character physically cannot tell a lie without immediately vomiting on people, a running gag through the mystery.
