I think even for Halloween, Trump is a little heavy. ;) candies is a very good pick. I've put it on the list. We already searched for it, but didn't remember that movie. Hangman - no. Maybe if you have a Halloween-movie connected movie image. But that really doesn't fit at all. Evil nun is also not what I had in mind. I'd count it to horror movie fan disguise, which I've put on the list with your suggestion of Jason's mask. Goblins is already on the list within the option of werewolf / monster.
