I should note that Holes is such a peculiar one within the pertinent genre, for being a children's movie that depicts a prison labor camp (not a reformatory) full of juvenile inmates, so it is automatically not as grim as a lot of movies about a penitentiary, penal colony, sanitarium, boot camp or reformatory, as there are no fatalities, no torture, yet it depicts a place run by big time felon, the "warden", with as to be expected a very grim subtext. So, on one hand, the tyrant is victimizing adolescents and children, but on the other hand, nobody is being murdered, tortured, battered, whipped or committing suicide, as the movie is a children's movie.
Sean Nokes is evil alright. However, I don't recall him being a warden, Jessica. Plus, I'm not sure that juvenile reformatories are even administered by wardens but probably headmasters like a boarding school. If I understand correctly, one of the things that distinguishes a warden from chief administrators of other types of detention facilities is that the warden is responsible for seeing to it that death warrants so lawfully issued by the head of government for a statute-making jurisdiction are carried out, which is somewhat antiquated seeing as how a warden won't be able to hold such a power/responsibility/burden in jurisdictions wherein death sentences cannot be rendered in the first place, a rather modern restriction.
Can the warden also be in a psychiatric facility or concentration camp?
Then I'd suggest:
Amon Goeth in Schindler's List:
https://www.imdb.com/de/title/tt0108052/mediaviewer/rm991530496/
Dr. Douglas Gray in Gothika:
https://www.imdb.com/de/title/tt0348836/mediaviewer/rm1318955265/
Other:
Amanda Waller in Suicide Suqad (2021):
https://www.imdb.com/de/title/tt6334354/mediaviewer/rm1206975489/
Warden William Smithers - Young in Demolition Man:
https://www.imdb.com/de/title/tt0106697/mediaviewer/rm3307684609/
Perhaps it would be useful to add the title of the movies in the description.
Names like
#2 "The Warden" or #3 "Captain" would not be useful to identify the character if the image dissapears.
FYC:
Warden Frank from Jailbait - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3290276/mediaviewer/rm3357952769/?ref_=ttmi_mi_2
Warden from We're No Angels - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098625/mediaviewer/rm1780059648/?ref_=ttmi_mi_1

Wow, this is hard to decide.
