Suggestion: New York Times' Best Films of 1999
In late August of 2024, the New York Times published their movie critics' list of the best movies of 1999, arguably the greatest year of cinema. Instead of sharing a composite list, the article listed each critic's individual picks for the four or five best films. All of the movies chosen make up the list below, with some films getting votes from more than one critic. Of the Times' best films of 1999, which do you think is best?

Neat I'll check out some of those, but I really wish IMDB made it easier to create lists.
Like I want to be able to have a bulk import where I can list out a bunch of movies comma separated and it creates the list.
Even better if I can include some comments above each one:
Import a csv containing (IMDB ID, my commentary on why it's on the list)
