409 Errors on List Pages

I'm trying to do some editing work on lists but for some reason some pages produce a 409 error? There's no way around this and it's been an issue for the past couple of days now. I've exhausted every option on my end so it must be an issue with the site. Does anyone know what's going on?

The numbering issue or the 409 error? Because the 409 error still appears when I try to use the lists.
