Accessing IMDB Sprinklr from Firefox

Is anyone else getting a blank page when they navigate to https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/ from Firefox? It works fine in Google Chrome which is how I'm posting. It last worked from Firefox after the AWS outage, when I was able to post about that problem. Fails on two different PCs, so it's not just a clear-the-cache problem. Web HTML is truncated (I tried to include the HTML but it got stripped out).

Hi, Martin: It has also happened to me several times in the last few days (Firefox 144.0 x64). Before, I would only be automatically logged out of Sprinklr occasionally when refreshing, but now it's as if it can't “recover” from the error that caused the logout. The solution (for me at least) is to delete all Sprinklr data (except credentials) in the browser. Steps: Tools → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data (Manage Data) → Type "sprinklr" (without quotes) on the Search bar → Select the line "sprinklr.com" under "Site" → Click Remove Selected. Done! (I would have posted an image or a short video, but... you know...) Cheers!

Before you replied, I cleared all my cookies using History | Clear Recent History | Cookies and site data which solved the problem. I was fooled into thinking that it wasn't a cache problem because it affected more than one computer. Never assume... ;-) But I didn't know it was possible to do it selectively for just one site. I do now! Thanks! Saves me having to log into all sites that have saved logons (IMDB, Youtube, Facebook, Britmovie etc).
