Accidentally removed a movie/show from my watchlist

I was scrolling through my "You" section and I accidentally pressed on the ribbon from a movie/show from the Watchlist, and then the page refreshed. I have no idea what movie/show I've deleted and my watchlist is too big for me to remember and manually look through to spot what is missing. What do I do to add it back? Is there an account history I can check to see what things I add or remove?
