Account deleted itself before info loaded

I logged into my account through my email and it showed the date the account was created but no other info. I hit delete account thinking it was a garbage account and then in the 5 seconds before it deletes it, I then see my info in there loaded in and then it was deleted before I had a chance to do anything. Is there literally any way to recover my data
