account log in problem

Hi,

I had created an imdb account with apple id sign up way. So the only way i was log in every time into my account was with apple id way and i didnt know the mail and password that was created for my profile.

Yesterday i unlinked my imdb account with my apple id by mistake and then i log out. Now i dont know how to log in back into my account.

Can you help me??
