My user name is carlosalexandreandre but when I log in my laptop I tried to get in with my Gmail and my ICloud email and after login I don’t find my favorites and my ratings I’ve been doing all over the years. I’m also afraid to lose all the data if I do a different log in in my cell phone. What I have to do? Can you assist me?
