Add an option to better hide spoilers from unwatched title pages

Hi.

I'm not sure if this was ever discussed on IMDb, but...

What if when the users log in to their IMDb profile and mark a specific title as "non-watched" those contents that are considered as "spoilers" stay blurred (or if there's any better way to filter them) until they mark that specific title as "watched" or "show me all contents"?

Of course, there could be more options than a single toggle option for such a feature.
