Add "sort by" feature to the "Ideas" section

I would like to sort by upvotes or at least by date added. At the minute the order seems totally random. That way nothing is ever going to get a lot of upvotes. Surely this function exists for the company to check which ideas are most popular so it should be easy to implement. It would also be good to have more topic categories like Lists, Profile, Ratings, Home Screen and content pages (films, actors,...)
