@adilucchio. Thanks for the feedback. Please can you let us know the following: (a) in which country are you located (b) how are you accessing IMDb — are you on a laptop or a phone; if on a phone, are you using the mobile site or the iOS app or the Android app?

I am in southern ca. I use a laptop using chrome. The ads were so bad about 3-4 weeks ago, and the response was also much better.

We assume you meant to write "The ads were NOT so bad about 3-4 weeks ago" -- we assume that since you are seeing ads, you do not have any kind of ad blocking or VPN software installed as these will make IMDb slower? For more information on solutions to speed-up access, please see https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF The only recent changes we have made are (a) some behind-the-scenes changes intended to improve response times (b) the introduction of some new ad units which sit at the bottom of certain IMDb pages. Are you mostly impacted by (b) above? Or are there specific page types which appear to be slower despite our attempts at (a) above? Your answers may help us improve things for you and all customers so we appreciate you taking the time to report this issue. Thanks in advance.
