advanced search by country including extra films

I'm trying to find movies from India, with a few other parameters. Here's my specific search:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature,tv_movie,tv_miniseries,documentary,short&num_votes=100,&countries=in

The results include many movies that are clearly not from India, for example:

In contrast, when I click on India from a movie's page I get this:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?country_of_origin=IN

No films from other countries appear in the list, but I can't refine with any of the other parameters I used in my advanced search.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help.
