Allow personalization of default search parameters

While I'm sure lots of people find value in the podcast content on IMDb, for me it is just noise - clutter in my search results. I would love to be able to exclude podcast content across the board from my personal IMDb experience. Alternatively, it would be nice if I could at least configure the search box at the top of the page to always exclude podcasts and podcast episodes.
