Can one tag other members in order to more or less heavily weight their reviews in the scores I personally see?

If the answer is no (which I think it is), I'll move on to why I want to do this, and therefore why I think this is a new feature you should consider implementing.

Over time I've noticed other users whose subjective tastes seem to align with mine (meaning, how they rate things would influence whether I sought that movie/show out), while at the same time there are frankly at least as many (probably many more) who leave reviews and ratings that indicate they are looking for completely different things in their entertainment than I am (the most frustrating are the ones who react to well-written exposition & character development as "boring" and score it as 1 or 2, even as they say in the review that they stopped watching early on).

I would like the option to be able to have the average score calculation which I personally see be weighted by how useful I have found reach reviewer's contributions in the past.  This could be explicit weights (I mark someone as more or less useful) or derived (every review of theirs I mark useful increases the weight, every review I mark not useful decreases it).  This is not that different than how google news feed or even facebook works, you can make certain items appear higher up/more prominently by indicating you found them worthy in the past
