@awesomereesee Thanks for the problem report. Please can you let us know how you are accessing IMDb? Is this an issue on the site or are you using the iOS app or the Android app?
@awesomereesee So this is after your click “Edit” on a list and add a title using the “Add a title to this list” form at the top of the page? Does your list have over 250 items? If so, the title is being added but out-of-view in edit mode — to fix this, change the “up” arrow at the end of the “Sort by” section at the top of the list so it is a “down” arrow and this will show the latest additions to the list at the top without needing to exit edit mode.
