Can't find an account with that email address

I have an imdb account which I am signed in to on my phone. I have about 15 years worth of ratings on the account so I really don't want to lose it. When I try to sign in on any other device, it gives me an error saying " can't find an account with that email address". I have tried sending a reset password to the account but I can't receive an email. I also logged the issue with imdb technical support about 5 months ago and they've never replied to me. I'm unsure of what to do because I really don't want to lose my ratings history.

You can also check your spam/junk folder in case the reply was forwarded there. Please remember to include the following information in your message: The IMDb account e-mail address you want to recoverThe new e-mail address you wish to use to replace the e-mail address of the IMDb account you want to recoverThe user ID of the account you'd like to recover. You can find it on your settings within the app.
