Can't find options for Mandarin and Cantonese in "Title display language"

Can you update the ' Title display language‘ from Content Settings , I try to update to China Mandarin but there no option for it, I can not browser titles with Mandarin now , can you try add "China Mandarin " as an option ? Can you add China Mandarin in title display language , there is option for Mandarin, so titles display with English or original title still, not the Mandarin, even if Mandrin availble in this title.
