Coding issues? Or something else?

I've been running into several dead-ends over the past couple of days. Windows laptop running an up-to-date Firefox browser, version 133.0, released November 26, 2024. Some screenshots included. The "All topics" link opens the following, for all titles, even after refreshing the page: The "More exact matches" link doesn't work/expand the list, even though I don't see the title (which exists in the database) in the displayed results: The "All events" page listed whatever would fit on the screen and then stopped loading, and would not scroll or work after multiple attempts to access. The trailers won't load: I gave up after that but other issues might be present. Are the problems limited or widespread?
