Contributing to the site by adding a new short film

I have tried on a number of occasions to add a short film to the site.  I have followed all instructions but no no avail.  Is there a specific Admin help contact to advise on where I am going wrong?  Every time I go to list it, the details are all correct, I choose the fact it is a new film, but the system conflates all of my inputs with an existing film.
