Correcting release date

Hi folks,

I’m having an issue correcting the release date for a feature film. Another contributor has confused the feature with a short film of the same name, and mistakenly entered the release date and info for the short onto the feature. They are two separate projects, as is clear from the cast and crew list, plot outline, and from Googling! I’ve submitted the correction multiple times, and included evidence but always get told it’s not following submission guidelines or is incorrectly formatted. Unfortunately, I can’t find anything in the links provided that sheds any light on what’s going wrong, and what I can do differently…

The feature is tt34387482

and my most recent contribution ref number is #261021-202858-291000

Any help most gratefully received!

Thanks,

J
