Default sort showtimes

Hello,

if I go to https://www.imdb.com/showtimes/location/DE/10178/ I get the results of movies playing sorted by popularity. I can change this sorting to alphabetical, release date etc. but if I go to another day, it always swtches back to popularity. Now, no hard feelings against to imdb moviemeter, but there are more important factors for me than the popularity. Can I just use for example release date or rating as a standard display?

I found a workaround via imdb search.

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?now_playing=restrict&adult=include&sort=year,asc&count=250&view=simple

But it would also be awesome if this could also be implemented directly at the showtimes page because with search I also only get shhown films that are/were on today I think? Not entirely sure.
