Deleted lists and watch history

Hi I have sort of a two part questions here. So my first question is if it is possible to have some old lists that I deleted recovered. I made big 100+ lists of movies I watched in 2016,17 and 18 and was wondering if those were still able to be recovered? Another question I have is about watch history dates? Is it possible to see the original date you rated a movie? Like say I removed a rating to a movie and lost the original date rated? Is it at all possible to see when you first rated the movie? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you/
