Email - adress I used to log in with is not longer accessible for me

Hello, I wanted to log in my imdb account to update a few projects. unfortunately, the email I used to log myself in is not longer valid / accessible for me. How can I login on my profile, without losing all the infos? Thank you, best Aminta iseppi
