Error Editing IMDb User Profile

Hi, I'm unable to edit my IMDb user profile. It is returning a "500 Error". I don't think this issue is caused by my device or browser as I've tried to open that page from different devices and browsers. This error first occurred when I was editing my profile bio. I was testing out a few emojis which IMDb doesn't support any longer and I was editing the bio very quickly. I believe that's what may have caused this error. This started long back, maybe at the beginning of 2022, I thought it'd fix itself but it did not. I also emailed the IMDb support team a few weeks back regarding this issue but they told me to hold on and I've received no update in a long time (I think they closed the ticket without solving it. 😐). I hope by opening a thread here will solve this problem soon. On a side note, if possible, please do not delete my bio but if that's the last step to fix this error, then you may do it. Thanks in advance.
