Exclude documentaries from the IMDb Oscar badges

@Col_Needham Thank you for your answer. But, was this decision discussed with (or suggested by) the community? Documentaries do not appear in top 250 movies list for a reason, and I think that is the same reason they shouldn't be required for oscars badges. I mean, documentaries are a very diferent kind of movie, they are not much appealing for everyone. I could more easily agree with the foreign language category being included on the list, because it's the same kind of production.
