For the love of whoever you hold sacred - PLEASE stop the repetitive IMDB ads before trailers...
I understand the need to display ads before a trailer. IMDB is free and it needs to generate revenues somehow.
But watching the same fracking IMDB ad over and over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.....is making the experience of watching ads on IMBD poisonous to my brain.
Either get your ad sales team to do their job and get other ads in front of the trailers, or just stop putting these ads up at all. It is an ad of IMDB...not even IMDB Pro. IMDB. I'm already on IMDB. I don't need an ad to tell me to go there and use it.
"The power of film is connection..." I've heard that woman say that - no kidding - over a hundred times over the past couple of months. Going to the trailers page fills me with dread now. I go there and simply find the trailers I want to watch, and then go to YouTube to watch them.
If that is your intention, then BRAVO!

@Superman Thank you for the feedback. The experience you describe is not intended and not typical. May we ask in which country you are located and how are you typically accessing IMDb — via a web browser or our apps? Whichever you are using, do you experience the same if you switch from web to the app or from the app to the web?
If you typically access via the web, please see the advice in https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF and particularly note the point on disabling plug-ins, especially ad blockers which might be interfering with our ability to serve anything but these internal promotions.
Can you also I confirm whether or not you have opted out of personalised advertising via the “Your Ads Privacy Choices” in the lower right of the page footer? If you have opted out, this will also limit the availability of a wider selection of ads.
Hope this helps.
