Graph for average user rating of a given movie per year

Hello have been noticing for some years that many "B grade" or "A grade" 5ish rated movies from 2000-2015 have had a bump in rating in the recent years and also are seen in a more positive eye than they used to. My personal believe for that is because people especially younger ones got numb/used to reruns of reruns and low common denominator shit that when seeing an older movie that wasnt affected by this rerun and stupification policy of nowadays Hollywood they perceive it as a masterpiece or at least a very interesting movie just because it doesnt suck balls completely as most of nowadays movies do and hence feel like giving it a high rating, while the same movie in its time got a 5 because it was filmed in an era where people actually risked their budget and reputation to try and make interesting films and good movies and were not just bean counting and trying to milk existing franchises to death... Anyway a useful tool to validate my believe would be to have a rating graph by year To see how much the ratings for a given movie change through the years e.g see that in 2000 lets say memento was getting more 7/10 and at 2007 more 5/10 and at 2025 more 10/10 (obviously at a span of 1 year just giving a few years for context here ) And this could be a useful tool in general for cinematographers as well to gather inference/insight about audience esthetics shifts given their age or whatnot.

The OP is right, and it's not just younger people ... I've been rewatching (& sometimes upvoting) 2000-2015 films and shows because there is so much garbage being released over the past few years.
