Hacked Account(?)

Hi,

I have an old email account that was deleted and I have an IMDb account belonging to it I need to delete.

I have the password to that IMDb account, and can login, the problem is that it keeps asking to change my password. I deleted that email account a long time ago and so I can’t change the password in any means unfortunately. I don’t know if anyone hacked in to that IMDb account but I’m assuming it is because my password was involved in a data breach, so is it possible to help me? I can provide that account’s email address, username and the password to that IMDb account if needed for identification in a reply.

In order to help you with your request, I recommend you to contact our customer service. Please remember to include the following information in your message:

The IMDb account e-mail address you want to recover
The new e-mail address you wish to use to replace the e-mail address of the IMDb account you want to recover
Please make sure the new e-mail address is not already registered with IMDb. If it is, you will need to delete that account to free up that email address so that it can be used to recover your IMDb account
