Hi progeon, Please could you provide us with more details in regards to your issue. On which page did you see this message? What device/browser are you using? Can you provide us with your IMDb user ID? You will find this in the URL when visiting your IMDb Profile. It will look something like this: ur#########. Thanks!

I got this message when I tried to recover my account password. I did it on my PC, Chrome browser. I don't know my IMDb user ID. I can only provide the email address of this account.
