Help using site please.

Hi I work in tv and am registered automatically on IMDb without me ever creating an account. I want to have access now to my profile but when I go to create account, says account already created. Then when I go into existing account, I don’t know the password? And no option for forgotten password. I am going around in circles, can anyone advise me please before I throw this iPad in frustration haha, thanks.

Hello @ColinR, I see that you created an IMDbPro Premium Subscription. If you have forgotten your password to your IMDbPro Premium Subscription, please visit the login page. Under the "Log In" drop down menu, select the "Sign with IMDb" and then "Forgot Your Password?". Enter the email address registered to your IMDbPro Premium Subscription and select "Continue". You'll be emailed a special link which you can click to update your password.
