Hidden 'color' tech specs

I know this will probably have been asked before, I searched but couldn't find anything. On the 'Color' side of things, if an attribute is added (HD) for example, i never add that but there 75k of them out there apparently, the color detail does not show on the main page, like so But if you click on the technical specs tab, it is there like so So is this a known problem that's being worked on? I know it's been an issue for a long time.
