How can I find banned list of movies by each country

Hi there, I'm interested to the banned list of movies by each country. Any thoughts where I can find it in imdb?

Thanks!

If it is listed in the certificates on a Parents Guide page, you can click the link to see other titles with the same text.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0073650/parentalguide

For example:

You can also edit the URL to find results for other countries.

I don't believe IMDb tracks the nation-by-nation restrictions any detail more extensive than what Peter suggested above as a way to gather an idea about which movies are "banned" where. Some kind of scholarly whitepaper might outline the nuances of whether or not possession of a copy of a particular film is criminalized in a particular place, or whether or not rather merely commercial distribution of it is a civil infraction. Just to note, if any particular movie is banned in the United States, it would be because the federal judiciary (contrary to the first amendment to the constitution of the United States) concurred somehow with a prohibition put into place by at least one of the States or maybe a federal statute. I'm not aware the existence of any such categorical ban (let alone any such specific ban) that would apply to anything eligible for listing on IMDb, though.

@jeorj_euler Thank you! Do you have any source to find the scholarly white paper?

Well, there are https://scholar.google.com/ and https://en.wikipedia.org/, in addition to many university websites, but I doubt that many journalists, historians and researchers have thoroughly outlined the topic.
