How can I update my IMDB email via android app?

@Edward​ I created this topic because I am having a problem. My IMDB email is old and I don't have access to it. The problem is that I know my email and password but whenever I try to log into my IMDB account I get a message saying that I have to approve an email that IMDB sends to my email account to validate my login. My problem is that I can't enter my IMDB email and I'm only logged into the IMDB app and wanted to change it there. I do not understand why IMDB asks to validate the login, if I know the password and email. Can you help?
