How can one mass move titles from one List to another?

Question

I created a 'Viewed' list several years ago and now that there is a 'Check In' list, I wish to move everything into it and delete the 'Viewed' list.

If you click to edit your old list, you can select all and copy to another list. It looks like you can only do it 250 titles at a time.
