How do i remove an item from a list, not the main watch list but a list I have created? There is only an add to and remove from watch list option that I can see

Go to your lists (top right menu) and edit the list.
Also, on title pages there should be an arrow with a menu next to the watchlist button, which lets you add or remove items from your title lists.

We are currently beta testing a new lists interface, see https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdbcom/listlike-pages-beta/65eb48a1e093635d1b21e0e7 so please confirm if you are using the classic interface as the help above only applies to the old version; things will be slightly different if you are in the beta test.
Similarly, if you are not using the web site, please let us know if you are using the IMDb mobile app and whether iOS or Android.
