How to stop the Live Caption popup when a trailer plays

Whenever I view a movie's details on the IMDB webpage, there is frequently a short trailer video that starts playing. But as soon as it starts playing, a popup with Live Captions appears beneath. This did not used to happen. I must have enabled something inadvertently. I cannot find a way to turn off this Live Caption popup permanently.

This is an example from movie Lifted, but it happens with any movie. As you can see, there is a Live Caption popup beneath the playing clip. It is these Live Captions I want to suppress. The Live Caption popup/window appears as soon as the first dialogue occurs. The URL is https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1492959/?ref_=nm_flmg_t_24_act

Yep, it was a setting in Chrome Accessibility. I should have thought earlier to check the browser!
