I cant access my account

I haven't been able to log in into my account for a while. I have the email however I don't remember my password and don't have access to the email im loged in here on IMDB. What can I do to change my password or my email in order to access my account.

Please remember to include the following information in your message: The IMDb account e-mail address you want to recoverThe new e-mail address you wish to use to replace the e-mail address of the IMDb account you want to recoverPlease make sure the new e-mail address is not already registered with IMDb. If it is, you will need to delete that account to free up that email address so that it can be used to recover your IMDb account Use the default filter in the link I shared above to contact our customer service.
