I can't access my IMDB account

It's been a very long time since I reviewd my IMDB account. I can see that there has been incorrect data input about my work. I can't find my IMDB password and IMDB says my current and previous email addresses, plus my mobile no (which I've had a very long time) are incorrect/not on their system. I can't access my account on either laptop or iphone. What can I do? Thank you and best wishes Kate Canning (animation director, producer, writer, designer and picture book author)

Thank you Jon. The problem is that my email address (old and recent) doesn’t work and I don’t have the user ID of the IMDB account (with my name), I’m trying to access to correct and update. should I simply set up a new basic IMDB account? Best Katw

Hello @Kate_Canning12, Our customer service team can check if your IMDb account is recoverable or not. If you have the email address of your old account or the user ID and the new email address you want to use to recover your IMDb account, you can contact our customer service. If you do not remember your old email address registered to your IMDb account and you do not remember the user ID either, the only option then is to create a new IMDb account.
