I can't change my account email, which I don't have access to

I created my IMDB account decades ago, with an old email address I don't have access to anymore - let's call it abc@hotmail.com. I don't remember when, but at some point I started logging in to IMDB via Google authentication with my new/current email address - let's call it xyz@gmail.com

When I try to change the account email to my current one (xyz@gmail.com), it asks me for my IMDB password, which I don't know since I've been singing in with Google. I also can't reset IMDB password because it will go to the old email I don't have access to (abc@hotmail.com)

What can I do?

PS: Attached is the image I see when trying to change the email (the validation is successful, but I can't confirm the change)

I too have an almost identical problem.
I saw that at the link indicated there is a form to send an email.
Since I no longer have access to my old email address, where will you reply to me?

Hello @spettro​,

Please note you can specify in the form (to send us the email) that our customer service team replies to your new/active email address. This way, we can make sure that you get the message in the right email.
