I can't login to my IMDB page

I can't login to my IMDB page, since the email address, used while registered, is no longer in use. I do remember my password! At some point, the system started to ask for an OTP in order to login and I am now stack at that page. My mobile app is still logged in, but it is so limited in features, like unable to: Authorize my web login using the app as 2FA, Change password, Export my ratings I spent hours to input or at least make them Public! My account is probably more than 20y old and I do not want to loose my history. I spend unlimited hours contributing to IMDB and its community all these years. What to do?
