IMDB Contributor: My show's crew list doesn't appear when I try to use the episode migrate feature to add them to newer episodes

I'm in charge of setting up this show I'm working on's IMDB page and have been running into the issue described for 2 or so weeks now (show link here if context helps). The idea that I had was that we would make a credits list for the overall show and then just port everyone in using the "episode migrate" feature when creating each episode. This is what I did for the first episode (link here) and it worked out very well with no problems. However, once I tried doing the same for the second episode (link here), I realized that despite pressing the "episode migrate" option for each department we have, no one except a few people got successfully migrated (not sure why it worked for some people either?). When I went to edit this into the episode, I saw that when I try to episode migrate, no one's names show up at all. Screenshot below for what I'm seeing. I contacted IMDB support for this, but it felt like they didn't really understand the issue I was having so I figured I might have better luck here than continuing to go back and forth with them over email. They did show me this trick where I can add multiple episodes under people in my crew list without having to go through the episodes IMDB pages themselves, which was something I did not originally know and seems extremely helpful! However, when I try to follow through with that to add them to our shows second episode, I see a very similar issue when I try to edit a department where no one under it shows up as being available to edit. Screenshot of that below. Does anyone know what's going on here? Surely there's a way to migrate people between episodes like what I am trying to do right? The second screenshot in particular with no one being editable makes me feel like there is some sort of issue with either the website or how I initially added the crew's show to the page. If it's the former, I would have no problem with taking everyone out of the shows page and readding them correctly if I could, but IMDB seems to make doing large scale requests like that quite laborious--does this differ with anyone else experience or expertise?

Just feeling a little stuck right now--doing it manually for a show that's coming out weekly would equate to countless hours of work I'd prefer not to go through if I could help it. Any help at all would be very appreciated! Just let me know if there's any extra info I could provide.
