IMDb is hiring people to make movie reviews, legit?

I've been contacted on sms/what's app by a person claiming to be the hiring manager at IMDb. She claims to that she wishes to pay me, to rate movies 10/10. Is this legit? I'm quite sure that I know the answer to this, but I'm putting the question out there, as it may help others. Here's what she's told me so far, about the position.

"Hello, I'm the hiring manager at IMDb. Would you have time to learn more about this position?"

"Hello, our mission is to help movies achieve a 10/10 rating on IMDb, thereby increasing the exposure of our partners' products and expanding their advertising reach. This will help boost the popularity and visibility of the films. Each time we receive a 10-star review, their films gain more attention and promotion on the platform. Once the target is reached, they receive compensation. After completing your first test task, you'll earn €8. Your daily income depends on the number of 10/10 ratings you give to films. You can earn ...."

The conversation continues, she wishes to know if I'm at a legal age and assigns me with my first task. But with everything Internet, I don't do anything people asks me, without verification.
